AV Planners developed an integrated AV solution for meeting spaces that needed to operate in different configurations. The system incorporated professional display, conferencing and control technology from manufacturers including Crestron, Polycom, Sharp and NEC Display.

Room Flexibility & Simplified Control

Because the conference rooms use movable walls, the AV system needed to support different room sizes and meeting formats without creating a complicated experience for staff. The integrated design provided the flexibility to support larger presentations as well as smaller meetings and collaboration sessions.
