AV Planners worked with iRobot’s facilities and IT teams to design audiovisual solutions for multiple workplace environments, including executive conference rooms, huddle spaces, an interview room, community boardroom, gallery and phone booths. The original integration incorporated professional AV technology including Samsung displays and Crestron control while addressing iRobot’s system requirements.

Zoom Room Refresh in Pasadena

AV Planners later returned to refresh three iRobot conference rooms in Pasadena and restore Zoom Room functionality. The work included troubleshooting existing microphones and ceiling audio, updating video conferencing components, simplifying the signal path through the existing Mac Mini systems, and replacing older displays in one room with two 65-inch 4K commercial displays.

The work with iRobot demonstrates AV Planners’ ability to support workplace AV beyond the initial installation, from multi-room system integration to troubleshooting, technology refreshes and ongoing conference room support.
