The existing composite video system was a convoluted maze of composite distribution amplifiers and switchers housed in multiple cabinets. The audio system was equally complex, comprising analog microphones, external audio preamps/processors, and cumbersome audio amplifiers, making efficient operation a challenging task for the staff.

To address this problem, Fieldwork engaged AV Planners to enhance the audio and video capabilities at their office. AV Planners collaborated closely with Fieldwork to comprehend their distinct needs and requisites. This in-depth understanding allowed AV Planners to design a customized solution incorporating a blend of new and existing equipment.

The devised solution encompassed the installation of cutting-edge Vaddio PTZ cameras, an HD/SDI video router, and SmartView Duo monitors for Quality Control monitoring at the reception desk. This state-of-the-art equipment ensured high-definition video and facilitated multi-room viewing from diverse locations within the premises. The audio system was overhauled by AV Planners using a Dante audio-over-IP network infrastructure, inclusive of beamforming ceiling tile mic arrays and network-linked audio amplifiers.

To minimize costs, AV Planners integrated existing volume controllers and speakers in the viewing rooms.
