Spin Master Meeting Room AV Integration in New York
Spin Master, a global children’s entertainment company, acquired Melissa & Doug and needed to integrate the newly acquired New York meeting spaces with Spin Master’s existing technology infrastructure.
AV Planners refreshed the audiovisual technology across 16 meeting spaces, ranging from small huddle rooms to a large executive boardroom, with conferencing, room scheduling and professional audio solutions.

Neat Video Conferencing and Executive Boardroom Audio
Conference Room Refresh: Neat Bars were selected for all 16 meeting spaces to provide consistent video conferencing, audio and ease of use across rooms of different sizes.
Executive Boardroom: The boardroom was equipped with a Teams-certified Shure P300/MXA920 microphone package and a QSC / Q-SYS amplifier and speaker system to support clear audio for executive meetings.
Crestron Room Scheduling Upgrade
Room Scheduling Upgrade: The existing 7-inch Extron room schedulers were replaced with 10-inch Crestron schedulers, providing a larger interface for managing room bookings and schedules while maintaining a consistent appearance across the refreshed meeting spaces.
Multi-Room AV Integration in New York
Multi-Room AV Integration: AV Planners worked with Spin Master to tailor the technology in each New York meeting space to the room’s size and function while maintaining a consistent user experience across the 16-room deployment.
The project brought together video conferencing, professional audio and room scheduling technology as part of Spin Master’s integration of the Melissa & Doug spaces.
