Studio by Tishman Speyer is a high-end, multifunctional event and workspace designed to deliver an elevated experience for tenants, guests, and hosted events. To match the brand’s premium environments, Studio partnered with AV Planners to design, furnish, and install advanced audiovisual systems across multiple flagship locations, including the renowned 45 Rock (Rockefeller Plaza) site in New York City.

From system introduction and engineering through installation, programming, and ongoing support, AV Planners delivered fully integrated Q-SYS-powered AV ecosystems that combine premium sound, intelligent control, and seamless video collaboration.

The Challenge

Studio Location – Zoned Premium Audio Experience

To elevate the ambiance of shared spaces and event areas, AV Planners also delivered a fully zoned background music system using:

• QSC AD-P.Halo architectural pendant speakers

Each zone was acoustically engineered, custom EQ-tuned, and individually controllable via a simple mobile interface, enabling instant adjustments for events, daily use, and occupancy changes.
