Illumination Conference Room AV & Collaboration Upgrade
Illumination partnered with AV Planners to upgrade audiovisual technology across its office meeting spaces. The project focused on improving conference room displays, distributed audio and digital whiteboard capabilities for presentations and collaborative work.
AV Planners refreshed the existing meeting-room technology with updated commercial displays and integrated AV systems designed to make content sharing, communication and collaboration easier for Illumination teams.
Conference Room Display & Distributed Audio Upgrade
AV Planners replaced older conference room displays with updated commercial screens to improve visual presentation and content sharing. The project also included upgrades to Illumination’s distributed audio system, providing clearer room audio for meetings and presentations.
Digital Whiteboards for Creative Collaboration
Interactive digital whiteboards were integrated into the conference rooms to support brainstorming, planning, annotation and visual idea sharing. For a creative organization such as Illumination, the technology gives teams an additional way to work with visual content during meetings.
The Result
The completed upgrade brought updated displays, distributed audio and interactive collaboration tools together across Illumination’s meeting spaces, providing a more consistent AV environment for presentations, discussions and creative collaboration.
