The conference room was equipped with a 65-inch commercial display and articulating mount, paired with a Logitech Rally Bar running the Zoom Rooms application. The all-in-one collaboration system provides integrated video, microphone pickup and room audio for day-to-day meetings.

AV Planners installed and integrated the conference room equipment, tested the completed system and prepared it for the Los Angeles Philharmonic team’s meeting workflow. User training was also provided so staff could operate the Zoom Room and room controls confidently.

The Result

The completed conference room provides the Audience Services team with a straightforward Zoom Rooms environment for internal communication and collaboration, combining video conferencing, room audio, display technology and dedicated meeting controls in a single system.
