SAGo Group, a global marketing research company specializing in both qualitative and quantitative data collection, partnered with AV Planners to retrofit 15 offices across major U.S. markets. The company sought a holistic AV system that promoted collaboration and connectivity, enabled remote monitoring, and required minimal downtime for installation.
Rising to the challenge, AV Planners engineered an expansive system incorporating audio, video, cameras, and control systems for over 50 conference rooms. Each conference room was equipped with Samsung displays, ceiling-mounted microphones and speakers, high-definition Vaddio cameras, and a centralized Crestron control system. This control system functions as the nerve center of each conference room, allowing meeting participants to manage the audio, video, and collaboration tools effortlessly.
The revamped system offered SAGO Group the advantage of remotely managing media sources, adjusting cameras, and controlling sound levels from its regional office in New Jersey. The completion of the extensive 15-office installation was executed on time and within budget.
