AV Planners collaborated closely with iRobot's facilities and IT managers, diligently designing a versatile AV setup for a range of spaces. These included an open gallery, an executive conference room, an interview room, a community boardroom, a war room, as well as huddle spaces and phone booths. A customized AV solution was created for each unique space to enhance user experience, all the while maintaining a streamlined technological framework.

To ensure an optimal and user-friendly experience, AV Planners integrated top-tier technology from industry-leading brands such as Samsung, Polycom, Vaddio, Zoom Video Communications, Crestron, and Cambridge. This combination resulted in a state-of-the-art, secure AV system that met iRobot's specifications.
