IW Group
IW Group is a multicultural creative and communications agency headquartered in Los Angeles. To support its collaborative workplace, AV Planners worked with the project team to design audiovisual systems for huddle rooms, lounges, the main lobby, and a multifunctional great room.
The integrated workplace AV design brought together Biamp, Shure, Crestron, Google, NEC, Polycom, SoundTube, Microsoft, and Vaddio technology, balancing practical communication needs with the agency's creative office environment.
IW Group Los Angeles Office AV Integration and Lobby Video Wall
A focal point of the IW Group project was a lobby video wall designed to showcase the agency's creative portfolio to employees and visitors. AV Planners also integrated audiovisual technology throughout the huddle rooms, lounge spaces, and multifunctional great room to support meetings, presentations, and collaboration.
Working alongside architects, interior designers, executive leadership, and IT managers, AV Planners delivered a coordinated workplace AV solution and continues to provide support for the installed systems.
