a leading global children's entertainment company, recently acquired Melissa and Doug, a renowned toy manufacturer. This acquisition required a comprehensive IT and technology migration to integrate Melissa and Doug's operations with Spin Master's existing infrastructure.
A significant part of this migration involved refreshing the meeting room technology across 16 newly acquired spaces, ranging from small huddle rooms to a large executive boardroom.

Neat Bars Installation
Conference Room Refresh: Neat Bars were chosen for all 16 meeting spaces due to their sleek design, superior audio-visual capabilities, and ease of use. These devices were integrated with Spin Master's existing video conferencing platforms to ensure a seamless transition.
Executive Boardroom: The executive boardroom was outfitted with the Teams-certified Shure P300/MXA920 microphone package and a QSC amplifier and speaker system. This setup was selected to deliver a premium audio experience, ensuring clarity and quality during high-level meetings.
Crestron Electronics Room Schedulers
Upgrade to Crestron: The existing 7" Extron room schedulers were replaced with 10" Crestron schedulers, providing a larger, more user-friendly interface for managing room bookings and schedules. This upgrade offered a sleeker, more modern look that aligned with the overall aesthetic of the refreshed spaces.
