Have your Audio Visual Equipment ready for 2018! Learn about our extended service agreement.

Proper and regular maintenance of your audio, video systems is critical. Are you sure your Audio Video equipment is ready for 2018? Let AV Planners help you take action to avoid potential systems mishaps.

AV Planners installation includes a twelve (12) month warranty on labor for all equipment installed. All equipment is under warranty by the manufacturer's terms and conditions.

During the twelve (12) month period AV Planners will dispatch a technician to diagnose any technical issues and repair problems within 72 hours. Services may include the following:

  • Uninstalling AVP installed equipment
  • Returning equipment to manufacturer
  • Reinstalling repaired equipment
  • System testing and calibration

Our annual support package also includes preventive maintenance twice a year, scheduled midway and during the final month. Services may include the following:

  • Cleaning of all equipment filters
  • Checking bulb life on projector(s)
  • Calibration of interactive board(s)
  • Software/Firmware Updates
  • Complete test of system functionality

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

This Limited warranty does not extend to any Product that has been damaged due to accident, unauthorized modifications, tampering, abuse, misuse, alterations, unusual physical or electrical stress, or to any Product that has been serviced by other than AV Planners or its authorized agents or which has been used in any manner other than from ordinary use in the application for which it was intended.

The Agreement can be renewed after the first year for a 12-month period
