Annual Support Package: Extended Warranty and Maintenance Options

Proper and regular maintenance of your audio, video systems is critical. Let AV Planners help you take action to avoid potential systems mishaps.

With AV Planners extended warranty plan, we include a twelve (12) month warranty on labor for all equipment installed. All equipment is under warranty by the manufacturer's terms and conditions.During the twelve (12) month period AV Planners will dispatch a technician to diagnose any technical issues and repair problems within 72 hours. Services may include the following:

• Uninstalling AVP installed equipment
• Returning equipment to manufacturer
• Reinstalling repaired equipment
• System testing and calibration

Our annual support package also includes preventive maintenance twice a year, scheduled midway and during the final month. Services may include the following:

• Cleaning of all equipment filters
• Checking bulb life on projector(s)
• Calibration of interactive board(s)
• Software/Firmware Updates
• Complete test of system functionality
