When designing your conference room it can be overwhelming, but that’s where AV Planners come in. We offer several tools that allow you to start the process by simply using the tools on our website. There are plenty of tools to help you decide which products are not only the best, but the best for your application. For your convenience in finding the right AV equipment, here is a list of free tools to help you decide.

3D Room Designer: This section of our website allows a user to create and design an entire room with needed audio visual equipment. Drag and drop monitors, projectors, screens and furniture., and then check out the how the room will look in 3d.

Product Review: With the help of our knowledgeable staff, we’ve put together a page to help show the ins and outs of featured products. Read reviews, ask questions, and get a close up 3D view all from this section of our website.

Projector Calculator: Allows you to enter the make and model of a projector and it will automatically determine the throw distance to and screen size. Use this to help determine the throw distance a number of different projectors. This will allow you to determine what s will best fit in each room, or if a short-throw will be the best fit.

3D Office Designer- This is a 3D room designer that gives you more features than the 3d Room designer. Take a photo --without measuring the room space -- and drop and drag audio visual images from our library into the space from the AV digital library.
